You might notice that the zipper feels a bit stiff—that’s normal. Our bags are vacuum-sealed and have airtight, anti-leak zippers to keep your items secure. Apply gentle but firm pressure when unzipping. Pull the zipper ring upwards (not flat or sideways) to get a better grip and leverage. Once unsealed, the zipper will be easier to use going forward.
